Will my QR code stop working?
No. The link or details are stored in the code itself, not on our servers, so it keeps working forever, even if this site disappeared. There’s no subscription and nothing to renew.
Is it really free?
Yes. Make as many codes as you like, download them in high resolution, use them commercially. No sign-up and no watermark. The site is supported by ads and tips.
Will a colourful code still scan?
Yes, as long as the pattern is darker than the background. If a colour is too light to scan reliably, you’ll see a warning. Test it with your phone camera before printing.
Can I add my logo?
Yes. Add a logo and it sits in the middle of the code; the code adds extra error correction so it still scans.
PNG or SVG?
PNG for screens, documents and most printing. SVG stays sharp at any size, for signs and large prints.
Is what I type uploaded?
No. The code is drawn by your own browser. Nothing you type, and no logo you add, is sent anywhere.
